IT Technician  Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)


Role : IT Technician 
Experience :1 to 5
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:-  Any Graduation.

Job description: 
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, or video conference
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Preferably has experience in dental offices
  • Experience with software, hardware, VPN and RDP
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
