Job Description

Responsible for handling complex customer projects along with end to end delivery excellence.

Qualification & Experience

• BE / B. Tech / MCA / MBA-IT
• 15+ years of experience in IT industry with at least 4 years of experience as an Infra Program Manager handling multiple projects
• Experience in PSU Banking & Financial sector
• Experience and understanding of various project delivery models (onsite/offshore)

Skills Required

• Should have effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Servers, Storage, Database, Middleware, Network & Virtualization technologies
• Hands-on experience on enterprise range of products from IBM, Oracle & NetApp
• Competent knowledge in IT Security, Risk Management, Cyber Security & IT- Compliance
• Capable in managing IT infrastructure operations with 24 x 7 service delivery excellence
• Strong understanding in vendor management & stakeholder management
• Familiar with all activities related to Data Center operations
• Hands-on experience in managing hierarchies within projects & operations

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Defining the effective programme governance engagements
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Review the plan for risks involved & proactively suggests risk mitigation strategies
• Plan and schedule project/program deliverables, goals, milestones
• Provide Root Cause Analysis reports in case of major incidents occurred or highlighted for the desired environment
• Conduct management review meetings to ensure effective delivery and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore Project Managers & Operation Managers
• Collaborate with Delivery Integrators and Solution Architects to add value to customers in terms of business proposals, solutions, designs and architecture for the respective infrastructure environment
• Accountable for all escalations and concerns raised by the customer
• Motivating the team with respective domain technical trainings and certifications
