Customer Service Associate

Required Skills:


*Excellent Verbal & written communication skills

*Willing to work in a 24X7 environment supporting customers worldwide.

* Basic Understanding of customer service to help resolved Telecom related queries.

*Acts quickly to resolve customer issues in a way that retains trust and maintains delight.

*Demonstrates customer- oriented responsiveness in answering inquiries and issues through compliance

*Ensures timely and accurate resolution of problems to avoid customer business impact


Job Specifications


  • 5 days working process with 2 rotational week offs.
  • Any UG or Graduate preferred (FRESHER )
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
  • Work from Home
  • 6 Months Direct contract with Tech Mahindra
  • Must be Fluent with English and Hindi
  • Needs to have Laptop / Desktop with Windows 10 processor and Wi-Fi up to 10mbps speed
