Manage Help Desk responsibility and resource allocation to maintain 300 users in multiple locations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information.
Solve routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority.
Develop and manage internal and external support documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in English.
Develop, execute and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for IT support.
