Job Description

  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills.
  • The Sales Head will be responsible for generating overall sales of the company and managing the sales teams.
  • Manage Sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on scope of supply target in maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins for the company.
  • Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, driving sales operations, market development and setting up and managing distributors.
  • Direct and manage all sales related activities including: Acquisition of new customers, Handling of Key accounts and Project Management.
  • Ensure effective and profitable execution of all sales activities in line with the corporate objectives.
