Job Description

Deliverables

Head of technology delivery for Captive Development Centers (CDC) that are setup by Equitas
Create technology solutions - and deliver - based on business requirements
Manage CDC partners & contracts with them
Manage CDC development teams
Troubleshoot technical issues that the team may be facing during implementation
Ensure the solutions are delivered with speed and desired quality parameters
Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, including inline documentation
Manage and prioritize changes and defects; plan release cycles

Working Experience

18-20 years of progressive experience in software design & development ( IT/ Banking/ Telecom/ Retail/ Ecommerce/ FMCG )
Experience in any of C/ C++/ Java/ .NET/ BPM/ Web technologies
Preferred experience on LAMP or MEAN stack
Strong analytical skills
Reasonable skills in documentation and presentation
Excellent verbal, and written Communication skills (in English)
