Job Description

Final Costing & Budget for the bidding Projects as per technical documents
Rate analysis for Items as per BOQ and Specifications
Analysis for EPC/Item-Rate contract and Calculation of Pre-bid quantities
Site Visit for Pre-bid and detail analysis and costing through PAN India; consulting with Industry Experts
Must be familiar with Microsoft office Tools.
Total Bid Management and Hands-on experience in preparing Designs & Drawings, Datasheets.
Utilizing negotiation and decision-making skills.
Responsible for estimation, tendering & project planning of (Highway Projects/MoRTH/ NHAI/NHIDCL/PWD/CPWD) , Irrigation & Railways Projects
Preparation and Submission of E-tenders and Proposals with bidding credentials to online portals.
Responsible for developing and executing an annual business plan which includes a strategic and financial plan aligned to the organizational goals.
