Key responsibilities

This person will be responsible for supporting manufacturing finance process.



Job Purpose / summary

Support the manufacturing finance team with maintenance of system costing files , policies , and procedures

Governance of established systems including policy and procedures

GL period close

Support during month close and year end for US entity

Post journal entries

Perform ad - hoc reports and scheduled reports

Interact with stake holders through transparent and smooth communication and internal teams

Support ad - hoc projects as assigned



Required



Skills experience

Qualification and experience

o CA / CPA / CMA (ICWA) - - - 4 to 6 years

Work experience - Must

o Manufacturing Costing knowledge , creation and maintenance

o Experience in GL close process

o Month end close process

o Comprehensive knowledge of multi - national bookkeeping

IS experience

o SAP or any other ERP

o Excellent excel skills

o Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority

o Strong math , analytical skills

o Having Continuous improvement mindset

o Flexibility and good team player

Multi stake holder management
