1-Greet & escort guests to their tables. Present menu & provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients, food allergies)
2.They may also need to handle customer complaints and special requirements
3. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
4. Inform customers about the day's special menu.
5. Following the SOP's of the hotel and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
6. Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
