Roles and Responsibilities :

 

  • Selling software products and solutions (e-procurement) through emails and calls
  • Finding prospective leads from google, LinkedIn, jigsaw etc., business directories and other paid memberships
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Generating potential leads through cold calls and emails
  • Research on different tools to increase sales or business opportunities
  • Qualifying incoming leads received through digital campaigns, conferences, references, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of clients and potential Leads
  • Explaining and Presenting product features through online demos and sharing required information with potential customers
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending required information through emails
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Upselling products and Services with consistent follow-ups and relationship building with new and existing customers
