Work on monthly / quarterly reporting to the Management
Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality MIS.
Design new reports that could help better analysis and add value.
Devise key metrics for performance measurement and reporting / Compare with market expectations.
Ensure compliance with Shareholders Agreements.
Benchmark reporting / disclosures with other companies (international as well) to improve quality of MIS.
Comply with Bank Covenants for bank loans obtained / Providing banks with the information needed.
Business Planning / Budgeting / Continuous monitoring of actuals vs. budgets.
Work with internal teams / external consultants on automation of MIS.
