Job Description

Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales)

Experience: 1-4 years;

The Job role is split into 3 areas:

- Lead Generation (Through various online portals like social media, Linkedin, International job portals etc.)

- Lead Qualification (Qualify if interested customer has requirement. Qualify the requirement. Requirement gathering with the help of BA and scheduling meeting)

-Lead Closure (Finalise the lead with the help of Sr. BD and BA)

Required Skills and Knowledge-

- Extensive knowledge of Outbound Sales (preferably the US/UK/Australian market) and experience of 1-4 years.

- Proven track record of exceeding Pre-Sales/Lead Generation target.

- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals (persistence is paramount!) till closure

- Knowledge about lead generation through linkedin, Other social media and international job portals.

- Reaching out to prospects (Decision makers, Director, VPs, Owners, Managers and C-Level) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn etc

- Interact with potential customers.

- Lead Nurturing: Consistent email follow-up with prospects until they schedule an appointment

- Setting virtual meetings.

- Follow-ups till closure.

Responsibilities:

- You know how to reach prospects, pitch, build relationships, and most importantly close deals.

- Develop & execute sales/marketing proposals.

- Create a fantastic first impression to prospects & client.

- Develop & Execute plans to maximize sales & revenue.

- Should be able to generate relevant leads through LinkedIn and other relevant mediums.

- Positive and energetic phone, excellent listening and email marketing skills.

- Closing deals using e-mails, phone, web conferencing.

- Proactively source and close client leads

- Think up new ideas & Interactions with existing clients for.
