Role :Recruitment Specialist -IT & Non IT
Location : Faridabad (Charmwood Plaza)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad ( 1o min awy from metro station)
Experience : 1 to6 years

Job Description :-
Handled end to end Recruitment Cycle core into IT *& Non IT Domain.
Understanding the client requirement or skill set.
Considering the inputs or the specifications from the hiring managers regarding the position.
Sourcing candidates as per the requirement specification.
Screening the candidates resume.
Conducting Telephonic, Personal / F2F interviews for the candidates
Responsible for short-listing suitable candidates against requirement. Salary negotiation.
Follow-up of candidates and ensure the position is closed within the deadline.
Understanding current employee / future employee skill sets, place of location, rates and establish the relationship with the employee possible work locations.
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for all verticals in IT & Non IT software.
Follow up with the client right from submission of the profile to till the joining of the candidate.
Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly reports for the profiles submitted, shortlisted, interviewed, closed, joined etc.
