Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for all verticals in IT
software.
Follow up with the client right from submission of the profile to till
the joining of the candidate.
Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly reports for the profiles
submitted, shortlisted, interviewed, closed, joined etc.
