Risk and Compliance organization has been formed with the objective to achieve the organization goals and customer requirements in these areas. A detailed road map has been formed to achieve the plans to become an industry leader.
The incumbent shall be part of the Enterprise Risk Management team within Risk & Compliance.
Scope of Work:
The position is a member of Risk & Compliance org within HCL Technologies. The incumbent will be part of a team that will be responsible for managing Enterprise Risk Management lifecycle compliance in accordance to organizational requirements and CoSo framework. The incumbent is a direct executioner role that under the direction of his / her leader, will interface with business delivery teams and enabling function SPOCs in execution of job responsibilities. The position reports typically into Enterprise Risk Manager
The ideal candidate should possess:
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management Implementation
Should have an understanding of enabling functions functional environment for help on particular risk assessments and control selection
Working experience or minimal knowledge in any one of the ERM frameworks (CoSo / ISO 31000)
Ability to or learn to conduct periodic risk assessments and drive integration of remediation efforts with the risk management process
Under guidance and direction of his / her leader, perform activities to help measure and monitor risk closure with company policies and procedures
Knowledge of BCM, Privacy, and Vendor risk management, Legal and Regulatory requirements in relation to overall enterprise risk
Demonstrates ability to work in virtual team with help of tools and technologies
Strong verbal, written communication & analytical skills
Should have systematic and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Demonstrates good inter-personal skills, high standards of professional behavior in dealings with business customers, colleagues and staff
Have good presentation, analytical and MIS skills
