Job description: 

• Strong oral and written communication skills; including the ability to author detailed process and software feature documentation.

• Extremely detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, task, project management, and organizational skills.

• Creative problem solver with the ability to effectively evaluate, define and prioritize projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment of other analysts and cross functional peers to achieve project deadlines, while handling multiple tasks concurrently.

• Knowledge of Oracle or MS Access SQL; Advanced level of Excel experience required including ability to author macros using VBA or Office Script.

• Hands on experience with Data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI or others.

• Knowledge of Agile development process and systems analysis, design, and requirements management.

• Intermediate software programming and/or scripting skill, including common coding constructs and techniques.

• Develop implementation and project plans as needed.

• Document and communicate status updates to team members and Management.

• Basic understanding of Supplier Relationship Management is a plus.

Responsibility and Interaction:

• The types of tasks this individual is responsible for are often non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions.

• This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.

• This individual interacts primarily with staff to director level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.

• General direction is provided on routine work, and detailed direction is provided on new projects and assignments, as well as on-going review of activities and priorities.

• The ideal candidate will be proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.

• To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.

Education

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience is required. 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.

• A master s degree, or bachelor s degree with equivalent experience is required.
