Job Description

Operational tasks and Incident, Service Request, Problem management 3-5 years of experience in Windows 10, SCCM & Intune, can articulate methodology and performs operational tasks independently. Work on P2, P3, P4 Incidents/Service Requests and complete them with in defined SLA Managing ,Patch distribution & troubleshooting Troubleshooting of Windows feature update, Windows analytics,desktop analytics Troubleshooting MP, DP & WMI related issues and its configurations, Work with customize Inventorying reports and customize collections as per the client needs Responsibility to manage the Operations team to safely meet SLA targets. Auditing experience and incident investigation skillsHands On experience with Service Now Ticketing tool Good Hands on with MS Excel for reports & Dashboard preperation, Documentation experience SOP, Knowledge Base Creation. O365 EU Troubleshooting.
