Job Description

Key Responsibilities : A-Liaising with the customer representatives Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features B-Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool C-Provide training and mentor existing team and new hiresD-Client escalation management, stake holder management Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customerE-Troubleshoot issues with Backup Deployment

Technical Experience : A-Asset management, Change management, problem management and Major incident management B-Various Service delivery reportingC-Support billing activities CMDB to be updated accuratelyD-CI Relationship mapping to be updated application infrastructureE-Should have 6 years of experience in Service ManagementF-Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
