Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Email Development:

Creating emails using basic HTML/CSS

Making code changes to existing emails

Planning and developing key email touchpoints along the customer journey

Extensive testing of emails

Troubleshooting code/data issues

Email Analytics:

Reporting and analyzing email analytics using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics

Creating and maintaining dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint

Required Skills and Experience

Recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in marketing, business, or computer science

1-3 years of prior marketing experience in related field

1-3 years of experience with HTML and CSS for email (AMPScript a plus)

Fundamental understanding of email best practices

Familiarity with responsive design for email

Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR compliance regulations

Basic understanding of database concepts and segmentation

Experience in Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics a plus

Strong research, analytical and reporting skills

Strong work ethic with an eye for detail

Ability and desire to learn quickly

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with MS Office Suite (primarily Excel & PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
