Job Description
* Handling 12-15 Branches and 40 -50 employees
* Achieving the sales and disbursement target decided by the organization in addition to maintaining portfolio quality.
* Conduct Financial Literacy Programs for SHG members.
* Promptly respond to all the customer grievances within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.
* Conduct weekly meetings in branch for ensuring quality portfolio & employee satisfaction.
* Ensure proper on the job training to new recruits.
* Addressing customers complaints and resolve by action from his/her end or by escalating issues to seniors.
* Support the creation & enable implementation of goals, objectives, and budget to support the achievement of the overall organizational mission set for your area.
* Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
* Developing sales strategies and setting targets
* Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
