Innominds is looking for a highly talented Director with Digital Transformation programs proficiency and exceptional problem-solving skills to join our Digital Transformation team. You will be driving one of the key pillars of the Digital Transformation vision of providing accelerated scalable and responsive digital solutions; develop enterprise solutions integrating digital platforms – APIs; develop or modernize custom applications managing activities from definition, rollout to enhancement, and transforming a concept to an envisionable goal with product specification and architecture definition, build solutions using micro-services architecture in cloud and on premise solutions to enterprise customers.

Job Description:

• 15+ years total IT experience
• Atleast 5 + years of experience in leading delivery of digital transformation programs
• Significant experience in design and implementation of latest digital technologies especially in microservices, cloud computing platforms and omni channel (UI /UX) technologies
• Ability to create digital transformation offerings and positioning of the same for new and existing customers
• Ability to guide inside sales team on running digital transformation campaigns
• Provide guidelines to and drive sales team to target customers in digital transformation offerings
• Experience in working with US / European clients
• Strive for customer satisfaction through best of processes & quality
• Result oriented with targets as per the leadership inputs
• Experience in creating proposals and making customer presentations for winning digital transformation opportunities
• Develop Relationship / Partnership with key stakeholders
• Build a technology team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation
• Experience in developing digital platforms / IP for specific industry verticals is an added advantage.
