Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning & content creating for STYLE JUNKiiE social media platforms ( i.e. Journal, Instagram and other social media platforms)
• Assist in managing and optimising listing for all digital market places
• Liaising with PR, Stylists and Digital influencers
• Assisting in planning the brand's shoots (Campaign, Ecom, Street style)
• Uploading products onto new marketplaces & platforms
• Monitoring and recommending influencers for the brand
• Daily and weekly reporting on campaign performance across our paid social and retargeting campaigns
• Continuously monitoring and optimising paid social campaigns including Facebook and Instagram activity. Providing analysis of current campaigns to the wider team on performance
• Working closely with our creative team to ensure we have the strongest ad creative and messaging to stay ahead of competitors
• Updating paid social ads to support trade offers across Facebook and Instagram
• Testing and implementation of various creative and messaging
• Competitor research into the paid social and display retargeting landscape
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends in paid social and the wider digital marketing industry to share with the wider team
• Be eager to learn and use all the different tools involved with display/paid social campaign management (Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly, etc)
• Supporting the CEO with any other tasks that may arise within a small start up organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge of social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Adobe suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
• A knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook / Instagram advertising is essential
• Strong fashion creative instinct is essential
• Enthusiasm and passion for fashion
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Degree in fashion, journalism or marketing
• 3-5 years of work experience in the same field
