Job Description

  • Responsible for acquiring business and achieving sales targets.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Imparting Sales & Product training to the subordinates and ensuring high retention of team.
  • Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team.
  • Keeping to targets and managing KPIs & KRA's.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key areas.
