We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial digital marketing strategist who is excited by the idea of creating and executing an end-to-end strategy for our company. We are looking for someone who can handle all things digital marketing, help establish a brand identity, and constantly strive to find innovative ways to reach customers in the highly competitive industry of software and app development. We are a growing brand with some unique comparative advantages and a global outlook with offices in Washington, D.C. and Pune, and an emerging interest in the European market. We want to find someone who can grow into our Chief Marketing Officer in a fairly short term, and who relishes the opportunity to completely develop and oversee the implementation of their own unique marketing strategy. This is a position with tremendous growth potential the right person will see the chance to build something from the ground up and will have the opportunity to build their own team, fully oversee strategy, advance in title, and advance in salary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The person in this position will create and implement a comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategy for our company. This may include:

• Big-picture strategy, brand identity, and oversight of all marketing efforts
• SEO and SEM optimization and maintenance
• PPC Marketing
• Social media and display advertising
• Building our organic social media presence
• Overseeing content creation and design
• Overseeing and implementing our digital advertising ad spend
• Hire and manage a small team of support staff
• Measure ROIs and KPIs
• Keep tabs on emerging industry trends
• Help conceptualize and build out new product/service offerings
• Oversee our web presence and content plan
• Develop an email marketing approach
• Help identify target audiences and figure out where to reach the
