Job Description

  • ood understanding on business user tools to manage the content site and ecommerce online application
  • Understanding of catalog, products, pricing promotions, Search, Supply Chain, Payment Gateway, Personalization, Chatbot etc.
  • Understanding of Global and Localization
  • Evaluation selection of E -Commerce platform that meets clients needs
  • Experience in interacting with creative agencies and business users to discuss the requirements
  • Handle Solution definition / fitment
  • Experience working on Agile delivery model
  • Experience of close working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Ability to create use cases / functional specification documents
  • Ability to review the test cases
  • Ability to deliver business user trainings
  • Should have ability to do market research competitor analysis
