Developing Messaging - Work with the product marketing team to develop product messaging that follows HCL/Division overall messaging while emphasizing key product values and clearly highlighting differentiators. A Key aspect is the ability to tell a compelling story that will engage the audience.
Product and campaign content - Work with the content development team to create content such as brochures, social media posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, website content, presentations, and content for the corporate marketing campaigns. Understand the buyer personas and have the ability to tailor the content based on persona and product.
Marketing - Interface with practice teams to execute marketing plans and track the results for lead generation through Demand Gen and ABM (account based marketing) campaigns.
PR strategy - Assist to drive press strategy in conjunction with the PR team, including contributing content and serving as spokesperson on announcements and launches.
Analyst relations support - drive positive mentions and improved performance through supporting initiatives run by the Analyst relations team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with focus in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
Desired: 7 - 10 years of product marketing experience, with an understanding of B2B marketing, preferably from a technology company.
Knowledge of networking, cloud, and/or workplace services is preferred.
Proficient in translating highly technical product solutions and concepts for a wide variety of audiences, clearly explaining the "why", not just the "what"
Excellent written and verbal skills required, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and media outlets as well as an ability to edit content written by others for message and clarity.
Ability to participate in the efforts of internal and external teams in order to create content and execute marketing programs.
