A. Position Purpose

The person in the role will be responsible to engage with bank customers in a catchment and ensure completion of Account opening formalities. The incumbent will also be responsible to deepen the customer relationship through upsell/cross-sell of other banking products

Position Responsibilities

Get the documents picked from the customer after getting lead from Smart Branch

Build customer engagement and upgrade accounts to Premier Product variant

Create opportunities to upsell /cross-sell other products of the Bank such as Investments, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Loans etc.

• B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential

o Completed Graduation with minimum 50%

• o Minimum 1 to 2 years in Sales or Relationship management with Banks, NBFCs or Financial institutions.
