Skills required :

Higher level of Presentations and communication skills.
Key account management & relationship skills with experience in RFPs, financial analysis and advance contractual negotiations.
MBA from reputed institutes with good academic record with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Good Academic Scores in 12th, Graduation and MBA

Job role would involve :

Working on BTS transactions, New Buildings large deals with extensive coordination with DAG, legal documentation and management approvals from Gurgaon.
Position based in Gurgaon & would need travelling.

Required Candidate profile

8-10 yrs+ experience in office leasing & Business Development.
Work Exp. with IPC/ Good commercial developer preferred.
Proven track record of large deals with MNCs / Developer.
