2. Qualification: Officers retired from the Central or State Police Department from an analogous post or higher post with five years’ regular service in the pay level 7 (GP 4600) at the time of retirement possessing the following educational qualifications & experience:
a. Essential: (i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent; Five years’ experience in the field of recruitment and training, law and order management, modernization of police, community policing, personnel management, maintenance and analysis of crime records, use of technology in policing and welfare of police personnel.
3. Salary: 9300- 34800+4600 (Level-7)
