Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Do quality checks on product knowledge, selling skills and grooming standards.
Strong focus on classroom, on the job and con- call training of store staff as per the planned agenda.
Maintain the performance report of store staff and give regular feedback on the progress & training requirement.
Strategizing Training modules to staff with world class training
Updating, planning and designing training program from time to time as per TBS standard

6. Investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding products, services and in-store experience
7. Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
8. 100 % pulse store transformation training.
9. Skincare expert programmes/ Make up Expert programmes.
10. Timely reports & tracker collation and circulation.

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
