Job Description

  • To oversee the Sales, Marketing and CRM for Residential segment of the Chennai Project. This would consist of Sale of Residential space. To lead and motivate team of senior managers and managers to achieve both financial and non-financial targets.
  • Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of Sales, marketing and CRM strategies, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Take strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the company.
  • To assess the demand of products and services in the Real estate sector in the micro and macro market and accordingly plan the positioning of products and services offered by the company.
  • Actual vs. target lead generation through various marketing campaigns
  • Effectiveness of various marketing strategies.
  • Customer satisfaction index (to be defined)
  • Timely preparation of detailed Sales plan, schedule and budget.
  • Anticipate and manage deviations
  • Development of channel partner/IPC relationships
  • Abreast with competitors and market challenges
  • To liaison with the internal and external agencies and ensure articulation of Companys desired image and position, to agencies both internal and external.
  • Ensure that the Company regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and monitor market trends.
  • Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Board.
  • Develop network/relationship with HNI and Corporate customers
  • Working effectively with Finance, Legal, Liaison, Design and business development to ensure timely project sales & delivery
  • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • At least last 05-08 years of work experience in leading large scale project for Sales & Marketing position with a leading developer.
  • Who has experience heading sales, marketing & CRM for large scale project
