Directory Services: Understanding and knowledge of Active Directory and AD components. File System: Working knowledge on Microsoft DFS. Working knowledge on NTFS permissions. Common Skills required: Knowledge of Life Cycle Management for VMware vSphere and Windows OS. Scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Python. Good writing skills for technical documentations and reports. Fluent at speaking English language for customer and technical calls. Knowledge of ITIM process for Incident, Change and Problem management.
