Job Description

  • Manage Access card requests for GBS India for the Domain - New Access card, Renewal and Visitor Access for vendors.
  • Handle the hygiene reports for people headcount.
  • Work on the E-learning and Block leave status report and follow-up the completion status.
  • Prepare the Birthday activity presentation for every month (update the input details in SharePoint as well presentation).
  • Book and manage the VC rooms and Meeting rooms based on the management requirement.
  • Manage the BCP headcount location report with highly sensitive fields.
  • Handle the people metrics reports for Management (Span of Control, LM
  • Prepare the RD pack monthly for management requirement.
  • Update the Email Distribution list for EUS All and EUS Singapore (Inclusion / Deletion).
  • Consolidate and work the bi-weekly updates for Management team.
  • Handle the Vendor payment bills and send to R2P finance team for GBS India.
  • Raise the AskHR case for Visa invite letter.
  • Support on activity for backend related queries in PeopleSoft- Bulk Uploads related to employee related updates.
  • Handle the travel portal data in SharePoint (Update the inputs based on the latest headcount).
  • Prepare the presentation decks based on Adhoc request
  • Simplify the manual work and automate the report in the reports used by the team - Dashboard for RTC for billing, Project financials dashboard.
  • Automation report prepared for the RTC dashboard.
  • Support Core management team activity and Townhall.
