Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiriesÂ
Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
Warming calling to prospects.
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams.
Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills.
