Job Description

  • Customer Support - via phone, email, chat queries, social media queries. Queries could be regarding Order, Products, Shipment etc. The executive should keeping track of all orders and proactively notify to customers

  • Content Marketing - Write lifestyle tips (50 words crux) and 1 calendar day tip (will be trained for this).

  • Networking with SME Consultants (Vaidh/ Hakeems) on phone and emails and vendors across India.

  • Keeping updated with what's happening in the domain (new updates in AYUSH Ministry)

Desired Candidate Profile


  • BCA, BBA or BCOM Fresher (1-2 years exp. preferable)
  • Atleast 60% marks in class 10th an 12th
