Job Description

  • Exceptional customer service skills and past experience of working in the relevant field for at least 2 years.
  • English communication on par with native English speakers; additional linguistic skills are a plus.
  • Multi-tasking and the capability to work under a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to take initiatives without any directions; coordinate with multiple teams.
  • An innate passion for resolving customer queries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, classify, and address support requests based on their priority and urgency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to accurately provide resolutions to customers.
  • Building trust with adequate timely customer service.
  • Responding to customer queries via emails and our social media handles.
  • Documenting and reporting the kind, frequency, and extent of support requests for internal assessments.
