Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role :Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Experience :1 to5
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:- Any Graduate or Post Graduate in any specialisation

Job description:

Timely customer query resolution.
Monitor Collections and active follow-ups, monthly and quarterly reports to be submitted.
To ensure the targets given by the management is achieved by the team before the said time lines.
Coordination with various departments in reference to the bookings done.
Monitor welcome calls and provide feedback for the same.
Support the sales and liasion department in reference to stamp duty and registration process, verification of stamp duty through E-STBR and verification of registered documents.
Co-ordinate with the team and line up clients for registration.
Reports to be sent on monthly basis to the reporting Directors along with customer escalation matrix and customer requirement & feedback.
To monitor Customer Service staff and ensure their productivity in reference to customer satisfaction and feedback or escalations.
