JD for Customer Care Support: Good Communication Skill
1. Pick up around 80 to 100 inbound Calls and gather necessary customer information about caller. 2. Validate customer information with our CRM tool and create a S.R. on CRM on behalf of the customer. 3. If call is for existing case, it needs co-ordination with concern engineer to provide latest status to customers. 4. Should have good typing speed to quickly create customers cases/update S.R. in ticketing system ( > 35 WPM). 5. Must have excellent communication and customer handling skills. 6. Must be proficient in MS Office. 7. Resolve non-technical issues over call/e-mail related to product registration, subscription, licensing etc. 8. Candidate would require to work in 24 X 7 Support Environment. 9. Fluent in English Communication (Speaking, Reading, Writing) 10. Previous experience of working with International customer handling phone process is an added advantage.
