This role takes care and provides support to customers of beauty & personal care brands of the company its eCommerce websites
Have a timely and fantastic interaction with customers through email, phone, messages, marketplaces, social media etc. Resolving their issues, queries and providing assistance about the products, the website, offers, deliveries etc.
Monitoring order status, highlighting and resolving any issues proactively. Coordination & follow up with customers, prospects, internal and external teams to ensure smooth customer experience and sales.
Maintaining a good reporting of data and information related to the above
