Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • This role takes care and provides support to customers of beauty & personal care brands of the company its eCommerce websites
  • Have a timely and fantastic interaction with customers through email, phone, messages, marketplaces, social media etc. Resolving their issues, queries and providing assistance about the products, the website, offers, deliveries etc.
  • Monitoring order status, highlighting and resolving any issues proactively. Coordination & follow up with customers, prospects, internal and external teams to ensure smooth customer experience and sales.
  • Maintaining a good reporting of data and information related to the above
  • Through this enriching role, the candidate will get exposed to and will learn about eCommerce, customer order processes and reports
