Job Description

• Lead the orchestration of the digital content strategies across all online platforms.
• Working closely with the CEO produce content aligned to the overarching vision and brand identity and to carve a nice for Eden as a thought leader in its chosen themes.
• Develop and maintain a functional content calendar
• Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support and educate customers leading to critical behavioural metrics
• Work with the technical team to implement appropriate CMS
• Develop marketable content for publishing on blog, website, social media pages and online communities that would drive traffic and aid SEO
• Work closely with the head of marketing to echo the brand personality and tone throughout the content creation and dissemination process
• Drive social media community engagement through creating branded yet highly engaging and relevant content around career development and learning
• Work closely with the product and product marketing teams to create content on the platform that is engaging and appealing
• Create web content that drives conversion at different stages of product usage – how to videos, testimonials and other persuasive content that sets up the product as a relevant and useful tool for the users
• Drive traffic and engagement through inbound marketing that translates to sales and brand promotion
• Manage a content marketing budget and a team of in-house/freelance writers, illustrators
• Work closely with marketing team members to implement SEO best practices.
• Tailor-make content that suits different kinds of platforms so that it is engaging
• Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
• Work closely with senior management team to drive thought leadership at industry forums and events that could lead to PR and promotional opportunities
• Support sales and other cross-functional teams by creating content assets that could be shared for building stronger relationships and converting sales
