Job Description

  • Experience leading global, company-wide compensation programs is required.
  • Strong ability to work independently on given projects taking it from initial steps to providing highly thought out compensation recommendations minimal direction.
  • Team player who will roll up their sleeves to assist the team or other departments.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to thrive in a shifting priority environment.
  • Strong desire to take on new projects, challenges and learn from others.
  • Expert developed compensation Excel skillset. Ability to influence, educate and train others with the use of data analysis and Excel.
  • Understanding of global compensation practice areas and ability to apply knowledge to business specific situations.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working with HRIS to develop system configurations.
  • Understanding of pay practices in US and other key countries outside of India required.
  • Experience using and interpreting market data, outside India, to benchmark jobs and create pay ranges.
  • Proactively consults with country experts or legal on compensation issues.
  • Experience providing Excel summaries and data for review with business leaders and other HR employees
  • Comfortable with completing presentations for executive summaries and training sessions and writing program communications to employees and managers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and coaching experience to HR Business Partners and Business Managers.
