Experience using and interpreting market data, outside India, to benchmark jobs and create pay ranges.
Proactively consults with country experts or legal on compensation issues.
Experience providing Excel summaries and data for review with business leaders and other HR employees
Comfortable with completing presentations for executive summaries and training sessions and writing program communications to employees and managers.
Strong verbal communication skills and coaching experience to HR Business Partners and Business Managers.
