Operational Strategy: To assist in formulating, gain agreement and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures for KGFS at Hub level Review and analyse the present operation's process effectiveness and efficiencies at Hub level and recommend appropriate changes to enhance the same Sets standards for each branch to ensure standardisation Product Implementation: Responsible for rollout of new products under his/her hub Gather, collate and share feedback from the field with the Product development team Customer Focus: Regularly undertake field visits to understand customer needs to enhance customer service Implements strategies and plans as communicated to enhance customer service.
