8 to 10 years of experience in a support services team handling the cloud, infrastructure and Linux, Windows operating systems.
Min 3 years' experience in working with different services in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
In depth knowledge of a wide range of AWS/GCP services in Compute, Storage, Networking, Infrastructure as a code, Serverless computing, IAM, CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding and hands experience in deploying, troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking, Storage, Database services on AWS/GCP.
Strong Linux Administration skills
Possess a thorough understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.)
Knowledge of scripting and automation is a must
Collaborative, team focused with working experience in a 247 uptime environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
Education
Bachelor/master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
