Roles and Responsibilities
1.Chartered accountant. MBA is a plus
A minimum of seven years of combined accounting and finance experience, with at least two years as team manager or assistant controller.
3. Finalization, presentation of Financial Statements, management Report, Financial disclosures, compliance with accounting standards
4. Accountable for preparation of books and accounts and preparation of consolidated Financial Statement of Company
5. Providing various MIS reports to management
6. Co-ordination of Statutory Auditors; ensure all relevant details / schedules are duly reviewed and timely submitted to the auditors and independently handle Govt. dept.
7. Involved in treasury, payroll processing, reconciliations, vendor negotiation
8. Establish appropriate control and feedback mechanisms on cost; to influence the department to take corrective action on all material deviations from the budget
9. Track business performance on all tactical decisions and highlighting issues and areas of concern to influence corrective actions
10. Company secretary and corporate law, tax compliance
11. Strategic planning, budgeting and cost control
