Job Title: Channel Manager-Retail Assets Unsecured Business
Department-Retail Assets - Business Loan
Location- Delhi (Okhla)
Reporting To - Area Head Retail Assets -Unsecured Loans
Position Purpose :
To Achieve Retail Assets disbursal volume targets set for the area.
Build Distribution - DSA's and channel partners.
Ensure right quality clients are sourced with NIL/Minimum NPA's
Meet profitability benchmarks in terms of Pricing, Fee Income & Cross Sell.
Position Responsibilities :
List in order of importance the major responsibilities of the job and the percentage of time spent onactivities/Sub activities.
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
Achievement of Business numbers
Achieve disbursement targets through DSA's
Maintain Pricing & Fee Targets.
Maintain COA as defined in the target sheet
Appointment Of DSA's / Channel Partners
Acquisition of new DSA's for Business loans and personal loans basis the requisite organizationalnorms.
Ensuring correct and accurate documentation for the empanelment process
Adherence to all Channel Audit Requirements
Channel Management : -
DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc)
Constantly keep the BH and RH updated about new schemes and policies regarding DSA's
followed by competition
Competition mapping
Increasing productivity ofDSA's
Training and development of DSAs with regards to New products and policy changes
Ensure Compliance :
Ensure organizational lending norms are followed
Ensure right customers are sourced in order to keep NPA's at minimum
Portfolio Management :
Regular tracking of acquired portfolios and ensure minimum risk
Develop good relations with acquired clients and ensure cross sell opportunities are
developed for other products
Qualifications :
Experience-Minimum 3-5 yrs work experience in Unsecured Loans acquisition
Essential- Preferably bank.
