Job Description

  1. Utilization of existing contacts to explore, develop and enhance business presence in the said area
  2. Communicate with community referral centers, healthcare establishments, Govts. etc to develop in-roads into the market
  3. Visit / meet insurance providers and pitch for our services and offerings
  4. Work on price points & financials for different offerings (insurance/ institutional/ individual etc.)
  5. Comply & ensure revenue assurance and collection of funds in a timely manner from all mentioned in No. 4
  6. Arrange overseas medical clinics, promotions, doctor interactions, community presentations etc. - all within the planned & stipulated budget
  7. Develop relations with local Indian consulate for consular support & ease of communication
  8. Support, Guide & Assist patients seeking treatment
  9. Communicate & Plan medical treatment(s) with the specialists ensuring realistic & realizable pricing
  10. Collect & safe keep of critical patient data like passport, visa information & estimate sheets
  11. Hand-hold the patient / caregiver in case of death / morbidity
  12. Understand local as well as regional (in the country of operation) legal nuances pertaining to patient's travel
  13. Provide post discharge support, planning for travel assistance & also aid in management of any emergency like evacuation, repatriation etc. 
  14. Attempt to ensure target compliance both in terms of finances as well as patient's satisfaction
