Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strategic leadership and vision to the business.
  • Managing and developing the business to maximize opportunities for growth.
  • Ensuring the drawing up of the annual budget and the control of actual results and performance in order to achieve business targets
  • Responsible for Sales Growth and meeting the Target
  • To work with Business Development function for possible conversion of RFQs.
  • Responsible for the overall operations of the company, with particular focus on Manufacturing Process, Supply Chain and Maintenance Services
  • To ensure Zero PPM
  • To work with support functions like HR, Finance, Legal, Information Technology etc
  • Increase revenue & reduce costs in order to ensure highest level of profitability for the company
  • Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the company business development plans & objectives
  • Ensuring a transparent and efficient management reporting process and submitting for approval of financial results
  • Work collaboratively across organization and share best practices

Required Candidate profile

BE with MBA preferred
 
At least 5 years out of total experience, worked in a rubber auto parts company. Managed total operations of a SBU/Unit, OE customer management.
