Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and enriching reports and dashboards. Build and maintain new reports/dashboards and enhance existing ones to meet and exceed stakeholder needs.
  • Monitor, and optimize metrics and KPIs and report on trends and performance on an ongoing basis, highlighting key insights to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot reporting gaps or inconsistencies, partner effectively with analytics and Enterprise business applications teams and implement optimum solutions to meet business needs.
  • Deep dive into CRM data and build meaningful and actionable reports to measure, monitor, and improve overall data quality. Synthesize information, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions.


Typical Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree, with 4-8 years of business intelligence experience, with strong expertise in building BI reports and dashboards from scratch.
  • Mandatory skills: Power BI or Tableau Advanced capabilities, Advanced Excel, Advanced MS SQL queries.
  • Preferred skills: Einstein analytics, Snowflakes, SAS, Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to uncover critical insights and drive action.
