Job Description

  • Meeting with the prospective franchisees. Calling and fixing up meeting on allocated areas.
  • Acquire new Franchisee and service existing Franchisee.
  • Visit Franchisee mapped at per-defined frequency and ensure that he is activated in currency
  • Ensure all the paper work for the Franchisee acquired is done including authorized person or sub broker registration.
  • Promoting all third party products of SMC.
  • Make sure all the payouts and other queries of the Franchisee are addressed.
  • To continuously provide feedback on competitive activities and track market development.
  • Providing Branding and promotion support to franchisees.

Required Candidate profile

 

  1. Any graduate or Post graduate in Sales and Marketing with 2 to 3year of experience in franchisee acquisition.
  2. Great interpersonal skills should be confident & should have high energy levels.
  3. Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision
  4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
  5. May have good existing client relationships in the market.
