Job Description

Position Title: Business Development Manager (International Software Services I Solutions Sales I US Sales)

Experience: 4 - 8 years with excellent communication skills

Shift Timings: US Shift

Location: Work from Home till Office Opens/Faridabad

Compensation: Salary + Attractive Incentive Bonuses

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market by nurturing and qualifying leads from marketing opportunities and finding outbound strategic targeted clients.
  • Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Damco and understand how it might align to their business objectives.
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors Managing the prospect pipeline for an assigned Vice President of Sales, tracking their opportunities, and strategizing with the broader Sales team.
  • Managing cross functional relationships between Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to optimize outcomes.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals.
  • Leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success.

All About You:

  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
  • 4+ years inside sales (Tech/Software Sales) experience with proven track record of performance
  • High-energy, passion and curiosity for finding new opportunities
  • Should have an experience and flair of making calls and identify RPCs from LinkedIn searches & Connects to get meaningful interests and meetings / Proven success in outbound sales efforts in prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to clients and increase pipeline and revenue.
  • General CRM knowledge, experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
  • Maintaining and updating sales plans, account and opportunity data in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate high level of motivation and business acumen with strong spoken, written communication and presentation skills.
